Spring Farm to Table Dinner

This spring Farm to Table Dinner will feature a five course meal. Our hope with this dinner is to highlight morel mushrooms. This beautiful experience is a special way to enjoy the farm with family and friends. Music by a local artist will accompany the meal.

Venue

This dinner will be held either in the orchard or in the greenhouse …depending on weather conditions that week.

House made Gnoochi with Morels, Spring peas, and Brown Butter

Cream of Morel and Sherry Soup

Roasted Asparagus with Warm Onion and Morel Vinaigrette

Pork Ossobucco with Morel Risotto

Chocolate Crêpe Mille Tart with Frangelico Cream and Candied Morels

Our goal and hope is to do the Morel dinner, and almost every year we are able to have Morels, but in the event that we are unable to do this the second menu will be used:

Lobster Bisque

Roasted Asparagus with Warm Onion and Bacon Vinaigrette

Pork Ossobucco with Chanterelle Risotto

Chocolate Crêpe Mille Tart with Frangelico Cream and Hazelnut Brittle

Music

Music for the event will be provided by Resonate 150. Resonate150 is a recently formed duo from central Indiana playing acoustic instrumental music that features marimba, hammered dulcimer, and percussion. 

Local Brewery

Ash & Elm Cider will be joining us to offer paired tastings and glasses of cider to purchase for additional cost. This event is a 21 years and older event.

This event is an exclusive event limited to only 30 people. Must be 21 years or older. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and will sell out quickly. Cost is $75.00/person.
