Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Pie Filling:
1 1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. flour
1 qt. strawberries, cut into small pieces
2 C rhubarb, diced
1/4 C. orange juice

Crumble Ingredients:
1/4 C. flour
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. butter

Make your favorite 10-inch pie crust recipe… or buy a pre-made pie crust from the store to keep it simple! Mix together the sugar and flour. Add your strawberry and rhubarb pieces and mix with sugar and flour… let this stand for about 20 minutes! Then stir in the orange juice.

Mix together your crumble ingredients, fill your pie crust with the filling and then top with the crumble. Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 60 minutes!
