This zucchini recipe was easy to follow and made the house smell wonderful while it baked! This was the first time I have ever made zucchini bread and it won’t be my last.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine oil, eggs, water, zucchini and lemon juice. Mix wet ingredients into dry. Split the batter between 2 standard loaf pans and bake for 1 hour.
